Power bleeder works fine on the Master. It's all the
same hyrdaulic system. Power Bleeder works wonders
actually, I stronglly recomend one.

Steve, thanks for those writeups and I hope your clutch problems are
eliminated. Some thoughts on your bleeding experiences:

When you use a suction bleeder you will never get perfectly clear fluid out
of the bleed screw. This is because air gets sucked through the threads in
the loosened bleeder screw and enters your evacuation hose. This air enters
after the fluid is extracted from the system so it doesn't mean the bleeder
isn't working correctly, it's just a characteristic of suction bleeders.
I've used suction bleeders systems on brake and clutch systems for over 30
years and they work as well as any pressure systems, you just have to
understand the part about the air getting sucked in through the bleeder
screw threads so you won't go nuts trying to get all the bubbles to go away.

Anyway good luck and thanks for the writeup.

Regards,

Chris Kramer
