You should bleed the clutch line also when you bleed the brakes

Chris, When ever I blled brakes I always bleed the clutch slave cylinder. I
have changed a few slave cylinders because of creaking noises. Try to
isolate the noise to see if it is under the dash from the pedals or is
outside in the engine compartment. Besides the clutch slave cylinder the
release bearing rides on a sleeve. We have seen the grease dry up on the
sleeve besides a noise we have also seen shifting difficulties. because the
release bearing binds on the sleeve.
