Well, the wheel is in(on?).  Mine didn't come with any directions, 
but it was pretty self explanitory.
Tools:
24mm socket.  An extension is a big help here.
5mm(pretty sure) allen key

The Job:
Position front wheels as straight as possible.
Remove plastic cowl behind steering wheel.  
-held together by two phillips screws.
Disconnect air bag.  Look for a ribbon cable.
Loosen two allen screws behind airbag. Remove airbag.  
Remove 24mm nut in center of wheel. Remove wheel.

Place the Momo hub on a table, small side down.
Slide the rubber cover over the hub.(only goes one way)
Attach the yellow/green wire to the ring.
Place on the hub, tab down.  Pull the black and yellow wires up.
Place the wheel on the ring/hub, line up holes and insert screws.
Slide the hub onto the column as straight as possible.
Re-install the 24mm nut.  (here's where the extension pays off)
Tighten to 50nm.
Attach wires to the horn, taking note of ground connection.
Slide horn into hole.
Done.

I had to Adjust mine once.  If the wheels are not perfect, you can 
notice it.  I just removed the horn and repeated the last few steps.

Well, that was the install, this is the opinion.

First off, this wheel is not round.  It has sort of a flat bottom and 
sides.  The grip is all leather, two tone black and gray.  It has 
several notches and flat spots.  The bottom is more fat than the top, 
which is close to stock.  The hub seems to push the wheel out closer 
to the driver.  The wheel circumference is 1" smaller than stock.  
The center spokes are brushed aluminum.

As for looks, I think it's fine.  It could have been there from the 
factory.  The two tone and center spokes pick up the gauges nicely.

As for the feel, I thought it was a bit strange for the first 15mi.  
Then it began to feel much better.  It feels most strange when you're 
performing tight maneuvers.  When that square wheel returns on it's 
own the first time you'll be a bit surprised.  Later it's ok.  On the 
open road it really feels great.  It's got several grips which afford 
the driver a choice of hand grips.  I noticed more power and 
confidence carving turns right away.

The wheel seems closer to me than stock.  I like that.  I have those 
short Italian arms.

The wheel is only 1" smaller than stock, but feels a bit more.  I'm 
glad I didn't go smaller(Wally!).
