Hi guys,

I mentioned this a few months ago, and got some good theories and stuff to check- so far none have panned     out to be the problem.

I'm getting water in the hatch when it rains. I mean to say, water gets inside the moving part, not into
the cargo area. I see some rust starting to form where the hatch lock meets the hatch body, too.

When I open the hatch the water runs from the bottom to the top, it then leaks out of the area where the
spoiler attaches, and drips all over the cargo shelf. Also some comes out from behind the plastic cover on
the inside where the "handle" is.

Is this something anyone else has seen?

I found out that mine is coming from the license plate tube.  I need to pull it apart and look at it.  I
suspect some of the nuts and bolts have come undone.

It is better to wear out than it is to rust out.

 The plate holder is a removable piece of plastic. It also houses the lock
mechanism. That's two possible sources for a leak.
