I wrote early today about ABD products and how it ruin a fuel line. Found out
today that it was going to be quite a bit to fix, and was a little upset.
Well, the manager got back to me later today and told me that they would cover
the entire cost of what had happened and replace the bracket. Damn, I hadn't
even said anything yet, just told himn the problem and they offered to do this.
I wasn't looking for them to do all of this, just maybe an apology and a new
bracket. I swear, never even told them I was angry, they said theywere sorry
this happened, never seen it before and told me once I got it fixed, call back
and a check would be in the mail. I might just send the check right back, sway
bars are looking pretty good right now and I appreciate their service. After
this I will definately give them my business and would gladly send anyone to
them. They did above and beyond what I would of expected and I believe they
deserve my loyalty now. Thanks for listening all day to my b*tching.
ps-I might even put a little ABD sticker on my car now as long as Wally doesn't
ban me as a rice-boy prodigy!
