Old Library

Any new exhaust system will reak for about a week, it has to burn off any
gook, grease, grime, oil, paint, and dust that may be on it from
installation or the factory. My TT exhaust smoked and stank for days. It
goes away though.

same thing with me. It's just the coating burning off, not to
worry. The smell went away after about 2 weeks on my car.
