Yep. I'm running all three ND/VibraTechnics mounts in my '97 GTI. The
drivetrain motion is very controlled. I would only suggest that you go
for the "race" insert in the front mount, because I broke one of the
"street/performance" inserts after only a few thousand miles...

DO IT! If the price of the mount doesn't scare you away, definitely
do it. The stock mount is like $40 and the Vibra technics is $179.
It is an easy install, if you have the right tools and a floor jack
(about 15-20min). Makes a world of difference. Look forward to
better: feeling in touch with the clutch, more responsive engine (not
rocking in mounts), and considerable better traction! I couldn't
believe the increase in traction when accellerating out of corners,
you can stay on it and there is almost no wheel spin. Say good bye to
wheel hop, I thout I had put in a differential. The increase in
engine vibration is negligable, especially if you had the whipple
mount you won't even notice it. Highly recomended.

Anyone out there using the ND front motor mount? I need to replace the
     upper
part, and the ND mount looks like it does away with the lower mount.
     If so,
there will be a whipple mount for sale soon.
