I think it¹s time to replace my Œ97¹s wires.  I saw some discussion on
Magnecor and there seems to be 3-4 different aftermarket wire sets.  What
have been people¹s experience with some of these?  Thanks in advance for any
input you can give me.

Hi Tory -

We've been very happy with the Rapid Blue Ignitors, in both my '96 and
Sondra's '98.  They're $84.95 from http://www.rapidparts.com and will fit in
the stock wiring loom without trimming the tabs.  They use nice silicone
insulation and VW-spec Beru connectors.

I have 0 complaints with the factory wires.  The original set had a
flaw or something and i replaced them with factory ones and they have
been fine since.  $100 IIRC.
