Andy writes,

<< I *think* there is no special programming for an Euro TB.
I don't know about ported stock TBs.

I spoke to Todd of A+WE when I got the first OBD I G chip (03).
He knew that I have an Euro TB. I asked if the Euro TB
made a difference and he said that the difference in flow is
within the range that the chip can map.

When I got the current version (09), I did specify in my email
(and on paper) that I have an Euro TB and K+N panel filter.>>

V. 03 did not differentiate programming between throttle bodies. We then
found that the larger throttle bodies *could* cause a drivability problem
without specific support, which was available separately on V. 08. Yet using
a t-body chip on a stock t-body car would hurt performance. Garrett then
integrated this routine into a one chip fix for V .09 that supported the
larger t-body without hurting non t-body cars. One instance of the continual
improvements that Garrett's chips go through. Looks like V .09 will be here
to stay for a while, unless we uncover something more on our Mustang dyno
(when it finally arrives...).
