Hey guys I learned something else while vistsing the dyno on saturday, we
tested a couple of airboxes, one stock and one like I have " heavily
modified". The modded box had all of the normal stuff removed and was cut
open along the front edge leaving a huge gaping hole. I have had this on my
car for a few months and knew it was working but now there is proof. It made
3hp and 5lbft of tourque over the stock box. Pretty cool sound also. I have
also fabricated a heat shield to keep the heat out ( Wally ), so you get all
of the benefits of a p-flow without the heat soak or the price! I have
pictures but they were too big to send to the list If someone can make them
smaller I'll send them to you to post for me. Thanks.
