it's pretty easy to change the bulbs in the cluster, I've done it twice in
my past 95. You need to pop the light switch and heated seat switch (or
blank plate). Remove the screws that hold in the cluster shield, pop out
the cluster shield. Carefully remove the 2 screws that hold the cluster
panel in place, tilt it down and there's your bulbs - twist to
install/remove

Here's the deal...it's cake...lower your steering wheel all the way down
to make it easier:
1) pop out the abs light assembly to the left of your headlight switch
2) pop out the headlight switch (there's a little tab on the left of it
that you push in)
3) unscrew the screw that's behind the headlight switch
4) pop off the dummy plug to the right of the cluster trim (where heated
seats would be)
5) remove the screw that's back there
6) pry on the left and right of the trim till it pops loose and remove
it
7) remove the two screws holding the cluster in (they're in the top
left/right)
8) the cluster sits in two trays that it can pivot it. Pivot it forward
and you'll see a white cap on top with metal strips. You'll also see
your bulbs. Just remove the problem bulb by twisting counterclockwise.
Clean, tweak, etc and replace and try it.
9) you can remove the entire cluster also if you want. There's two
connectors in the back you need to undo, and it comes right out.
GOOD LUCK! And let me know if you need more info. L8z
