Step one: Give the dash a good smack. This has worked for my instrument
panel and my license plate lights. Hooray for Mexico!

Kidding aside, I have replaced this bulb. I did it while the stereo was
out which made it much easier. (may be a neccesity..other list members?)

In general.. pull off the cover.. undo the four screws to loosen the
controls.. You have to maneuver the thing aroud so you can get to the
back.. Very awkward in the tight space.. The light is in some kind of
white plastic light diffuser.. unplug the wires and pull out the entire
diffuser by squeezing some tabs... i think there is a plastic green
color shroud to remove right near the bulb... when you re-install
remeber which way this goes cause i put mine in backwards and now my
dash is orange/green. Too lazy to redo it.

Sorry i cant be more specific but it is really pretty easy...

Good Luck,
Neil
