The stiffer your suspension is, the closer to horizontal you
can aim the lights, as you won't blast people in the rear view
mirror accelerating or with a couple passengers.
I really don't think it's possible to eyeball the aiming
on the road, like you can with typical "big blob" US spec lights.
Go by the instructions as close as you can, and you'll be happy.
