Hi guys,

For anyone having problems with the convenience open an close feature
try this: Cycle the windows though one complete cycle (down and then
up). This will reset the comfort computer settings to the original
settings and should solve most problems related to the pinch feature and
erratic operation.

I don't know if it matters, but I now know that this definitely works
if you run the cycle using the convenience close feature itself.

Start with windows up.

Put the key in the lock. Turn to the left until the windows are fully
open. Center the key, wait a second, then turn to the right and
wait until they're fully closed (and presumably sunroof is closed too).

Unless something is physically broken, this should cure your windows woes.
