>Has anyone ever looked into "modifying" the stock light switch to make
the fogs pull straight on? Is there more to it than just 'adjusting'
the plastic grove that allows the switch to be pulled out when in the
lighted position? I realize that this set-up would not be able to run
the rear fogs, but I don't care.<

I tried to modify a switch before. It's not worth the time. You'll have
to dremel away a section of the guide rail, which requires a total
breakdown. The hard part is getting it back together. Mine stayed apart
and went into the trash. $70~ ain't that much...
