I just called this number and the guy said the Hella version of the bulb
will be sourced out of New Zealand where they are available now. It will
be available in this country around the first of the year.
The H1 and H4 version of this bulb manufactured by Wagner which consists of
a bulb with a mixture of Halogen and Xenon gas to give a 35% increase in
lighting is available now. Source for the Wagner bulb is a company called
Puma at 800.333.7860. I didn't call them because I think I'll wait for the
Hella's, but if someone gets the Wagner bulbs I would be interested in
quality and pricing of the product.
