I have Corbeau Forza II in my car. The Corbeau brackets are designed in
such a way, that they can be cut down and allow you to sit pretty low in
the car. I like to sit low, so I cut the brackets.
The brackets are 79 each, and they have a seat called the Clubman that
would probably make a good autocross seat for about 200 bucks. The
brackets go in like butter, very easy, no modifying at all. They even
have a place for the seat belt reciever to bolt into, using the existing
hardware.
If the cocking your head to the side bothers you enough, then this may
be the way to go.
BTW, the Forza II is a very comfortable seat, kinda wide(I plan on
bending them in), but so comfortable. My girlfriend says she could fall
asleep in them. I think the retail for around 300 each. Check the site
