You can if you're a dwarf with a 3 feet long double jointed
spaghetti-thin arm with a tiny hand on the end which are also
   double-jointed and have super-human strength. |-)

I'm not, so I just took the whole front off of the car. It's easy,
with one caveat re. the fog lights.

Disconnect as much of the electrical stuff as possible: side
marker connectors, turn signals & running lights & headlights
connectors. Some of these connectors would be easier to reach
& remove once the grill/bumper cover has been separated from
   the car.

Unbolt three little bolts each side at the top front edge of the fender.

Unbolt one bolt each on the inside of the rear of the bumper cover.

Unbolt about three bolts underneath the front edge of the bumper cover.

From top, unscrew the radiator pins (one per side).

Get a helper to hang on to the grill/bumper assembly as you lift &
jiggle it out and disconnect the remaining electrical stuff (fog
lights, horns, etc.) BE CAREFUL WITH THE FOGLIGHTS! They're $160
per assembly, and they're only available as a WHOLE assembly!

Have some duct tape & coat hanger wire nearby to tape/secure the radiator
   and the A/C in place.

Installation is the reverse of removal. |-)
