The paint code for Ginster yellow is L132. It is only available as a spray
can, part # L 013 203 RAL. It should cost somewhere around $15. To use the
paint as a touch up, get a dixie cup or similar, spray some paint into the
cup, and apply it with a small paint brush (the model car type).

BTW, the parts guy educated me to the numbering system for touch up paint on
most of newer colors (in the last year or so). It goes like this:

LST 0*2 ###
where:
 * is the type of paint, M = metallic, P = pearl, U = unicolor
### is the part code from the sticker, minus the 'L'

so, the part number for a tube of Silver Arrow, for example, is LST 0M2
G9R.

L041 is *the* code for black. Every black VW me or my friends have ever
had (including my 96 GTi VR6) is L041.
