okay here's how you do the single wiper thing....turn the wipers on and
then shut the car off so the wipers are stuck in the up position...then
pull the cap 13mm nut and washer.  now the trick is to push down on the
bottom part of the wiper arm (closest to where it mounts to the motors)
and when i say push down i mean push down towards the winshield.  while
pushing them into the windshield (they should push in a bit) pull up on
them right by where they mount.  be careful not to hit the edge of your
hood with the wiper, they pop off real quick sometimes once you push in on
them....then just turn the car back on and let the motor cycle back to
rest and then put the drivers side wiper on the passenger side mount
sitting up a bit in the view of the passenger, its about a 35 degree
angle.  then do the same thing to mount, stick it on the mount and push
down a bit and then replace the washer and nut, when you tighten the nut
it willput the tension back on the wiper and draw it back onto the mount.
then try it out to make sure it sweeps over enough for you to see.  its
pretty easy once you figure out how the get the darn things off.  some guy
told me how to do and now i pass it one to you....now go do it to all your
friends cars =)  i did it to my friends Jetta and his parents told him he
was dumb for only having one wiper.  oh well its fun and i like it when
people look at it and go "how come you only have one wiper?"

Hey!

First i would like to thank Andy Nguyen and Michael J Ramirez for the tips
they provided me with.(love this list)

It was a cake removing the arms...(knowledge is power)
I used a 24 inch(greyhound bus) Bosch blade....It works great, it clears the
top of the roof line by 3mm. But, when the wiper comes to the driver side, it
stops a little too high....(right at that black rubber gutter)I think I may
need to get a  23 inch(to get it to sweep lower) but, the dude at pepboys did
not have a listing for a 23inch...Ahhhhh...is this true!...If not, I will try
a 22inch(the car comes with 21inch and 19inch)
Hell, this is the first time ever, I'm wishing for Rain in the Garden
State(can I borrow Seattle,WA for a day?)
The only negative part of this mod is: having your neighbors look at you with
strange looks in their faces!...Ohhh, and I forgot about the old lady....I
think I'm going to catch some heat from her(i have a feeling she's going to
bitch... Again!!!)
