I have a bonrath grill on my 97 with stock Euro GTI lights, and I must
say, its a piece of junk! It is one piece of injection molded plastic. If
you think the stock grill is easy to break, you haven't seen anything yet!
Also, I don't think it quite fits on US cars right. The space around the
headlights is also uneven, and the "grill" part between the headlights
dosen't sit flush to the rad support at the top, so using the factory
screws to hold it in dosen't work...
